What is Vestibular Rehabilitation ?

Vestibular rehabilitation is specialized exercise based program designed by a specialized physiotherapist to reduce vertigo/ dizziness related problems and improve balance.

Symptoms of vestibular system disorder

Vertigo and dizziness :

Vertigo : spinning/whirling sensation of self or surrounding world

Dizziness : Lightheadedness, floating, rocking sensations

How many sessions / days require for vestibular rehabilitation therapy ?

Some patients may require only 1-3 sessions; others may require a longer program for up to few months depending on their primary complain and nature of disease.

Based on patient condition and disease problem and respond to initial treatment session, we plan an individualized treatment program for each patient.
